inFeedo is seeking passionate newbies with a strong technical background and a flair for customer-facing roles. As a Customer Support Intern, you will handle all technical support communications, both internally and externally, as the first line of response for after-sales support.

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Support Associate Intern to join our team at inFeedo. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is eager to learn and grow in a customer-facing role. As an Intern-Customer Support Associate, you will play a definitive role in impacting the customer’s experience by facilitating adoption and usage. You will be responsible for obtaining and maintaining long-term key customers by comprehending their requirements.

Location: Bangalore, Gurgaon

Duration: 6 months (Potential for extension based on performance)

What will you be doing? 

• Assist customers with product-related inquiries via email and video calls.

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer queries.

• Collaborate with the Customer Success team to resolve issues effectively.

• Document customer interactions and solutions in the system.

• Help improve customer satisfaction and SLA by delivering exceptional service.
